I focus on fluid movement, movement patterns, injury prevention, strength building, vertical and speed gains, stability, mobility, elasticity, and confidence.

I prioritize techniques to transition seamlessly between athletic positions. I emphasize injury prevention through targeted strength training exercises while incorporating exercises for vertical and speed gains, stability, and mobility to enhance athletes' control and balance.

By promoting elasticity through stretching and plyometrics, I enable athletes to generate power efficiently. Through psychological training techniques, I thrive to create a supportive environment for athletes to achieve their full potential.
